Alright, so after a little bit of fixing this village is up for sale, or I'd like to give it to a group of newbies who need a good, safe place to live.

If you'd like to purchase this, I'll start the bidding at 100 pearls.
If you are the leader of a group of newbies, we will arrange a meeting and we'll discuss the village.

The village has Multiple B-walls, enclosed lake with ql30 mussel node, multiple swamps ql30, Mountain to south, lots of open land and I'll throw in a ql57 well.

Yep. Mostly I'd like to give it to some newbies. I was more or less looking for something that was rumored to be there, and now that I know it isn't I can pass it on to someone who will use it better than me.

I guess I wasn't specific enough. Just to be clear when I say give I mean the Websters dictionary version of the word and do not confuse that with sell.

If you would just like to buy a place that is rather large, developed enough to start a good place with that includes bwalled nodes and a few layers of bwalls then you can purchase it, and I'll take the best offer if a group of undeveloped players doesn't want it. Mostly whatever comes first that is a serious offer.

Exactly, if I didn't need a very expensive village a generous person paid for me, I would simply give it back to that person to give to someone else.
