WTB 280Q hen/rooster and seed sets(updated)

Postby broghk75 » Tue Mar 10, 2015 7:03 pm

just got me a Q10 pearl

was wondering if that's enough for a seed set as well as a hen/rooster combo (Q280+).

if not how about a seed set and 8 chicks?

anyhoo, since it's my first pearl in a long time only established good rep traders or if your new(low post count) I come to you first and collect the goods and then after dropping off the goods I then warp back to you and drop off pearl.

if pearl is not enough, maybe we can speak of a deal. I can scype and whatnot. but atm I have to get ready for work, so I will check this after midnight(CST or Chicago time) when I get back from work

PS: a seed set is all the seeds(wheat, poppy, tea, flax or hemp, grape, beet, carrot, tobacco, peppercorn, onion pumpkin)

I kinda doubt that's enough to get all of the seeds as well as 8 relatively high quality chicks... I guess I'll be proven wrong if someone makes an offer though.

I guess the 'gimme your stuff first then (maybe) i'll come back and drop off the pearl' will be a bigger problem.

Hint:
Seed sets of low-medium q are obtainable by simply wandering through the world for an hour or two and grabbing them from abandoned places.
If you have a village: make an alt with some farming (which is quick), destroy his hf (so you can spawn in the wilderness, and travel back to your village) - usually on the first few tries you should find leftover fields to take all you need from.

Chicken are more of a problem, since most people only keep hq ones, and policy of most villages is to not give them away alive (since, as easy to multiply, they are a bootstrap because they are a source of easy to get good curios).

to cheesy

that's why I said I was open for talks. just saw in another thread I asked that it'll probably take a fresh bear corpse or another pearl.

to Granger

I thought that's how all trading by unestablished traders was handled. if you don't trust me, I guess then you got a point.

went out today and found a chiming bluebell Q 20. And 2 peculiar floatsums Q 20 and Q 17

maybe that'll sweeten the pot

(thought the edit would bump the post, I was wrong)

well I guess I will continue to add stuff to the pot until someone wants to trade.

so with that I took the forager and found a bunch of glimmermoss but only 3 that were Q30 and 1 Q27

so now the payment is:
1 q10 pearl
1 q20 flotsam
1 q20 chiming bluebell
3 q30 and 1 q 27 glimmermoss

(Edit for Granger)

I must be in a part of the world that is not good for the idea on which to grab seeds. of all the places I have been with my hunter and forager in the last days either the crops are lower Q or there is still a claim or a claim and Bwall/ palasade still up.

I guess i'm just unlucky :)
