Quitting so decently developed place has a vacancy

I'm really fucking lazy so first person trustworthy looking gets it.

As I don't want all of what I have worked for destroyed by some noob like this game allows, I'm looking for a group of people who could use a sort of head start who and I can trust to use what I can provide them well. My preference is for an aspiring peaceful village but if I find nobody, other dudes may apply.

The size of the claimed space is pretty small, like around the area of 2 beehives but there is room to make it bigger if wanted.
Generally, the place I speak of has access to copper, a cave with no tunnels to it, and is set up to produce silk. Also, cupboards full of other junk like meats and baked goods.
This place apparently doesn't have iron or tin in it but I have prospected and found such nodes around in the area although they require some traveling on the river.

So PM me if interested, or in this thread, w/e.

Also, I have produced some steel and I do possess some iron so it may be possible to start making stuff to start building a brickwall.

If you quit, just leave, if you care enough to stay playing to make sure your place gets inhabited by good folks, just recruit people for your village and play a little less

I luckily kept a copy of all the keys but this person I'm assuming will not play the game has copies as well.
Otherwise, I can give all the junk I have to people who live in the area.
