Yes, its common practice to spawn anew with the other one when still beginning, his point is that there is one server and not private shards for every new account or something.

so how can I go to Kubutsuhero's place?

Make a new character, but do not exit at the ladder, instead go to the man at the upper left corner of the dungeon.

Then click on him and tipe in Kubutsuhero's hearth secret (make sure you tipe it correctly, its case sensitive)

After entering his hearth secret there will appear stairs next to the man, which you should go down.

Unlike the ladder, which spawns you at any random location in the world, the stairs will teleport you straight to the hearth fire of the secret's owner.
