Words cannot describe where my adventures have taken me next.

Like some sort of dark Star Wars Sith plotline, the very hand responsible for his Fathers death has taken my Hearthling in. The fates have a sense of humor to be sure. Though it wasn't the Killer who invited me into the village, the rogue did extend his heartfelt apologies. As heartfelt as someone with that kind of skill set can be anyway.

Not only that, but they gave me back the most valuable of my goods, minus a healthy amount of what I had intended to give to the village that would shelter me anyway. To top if off, they gave "The Son of Zander" his fathers skull back!...

Okay well that one kinda left him feeling conflicted. But it was a lovely gesture and I will treasure my first Hearthling's skull. I have settled down with this village and intend to stick around. For this game is worthwhile and the people even more so.

Very happy to have found my place in this Haven. Cannot wait to see what future adventures have in store.

You are playing this game in the best way possible, and I gotta say I'm jealous of your new village-mates. You'll also find that death isn't quite so tragic when you have a willing village to help get you back on your feet each time.

10/10 great read

also I'd love to be your friend in game!
I'm more of a casual player now but I have some decent skills and experience so I could lend you a hand every now and then.
