4. How often can you play and for how long : When I'll be settling something like 5h/day, then casually, for PvP, raids, and curios farming (maybe 1-2h a day)

By the way, I must say I won't play competitive. I just want a nice place for chilling out, roleplay, safety, and maybe doing some wizardry.

To get started I'd need few LCs for storage, steel for the bwall, and some resources to build a mansion.
Also an access to a clay node / kilns would be nice.
