If it was me, the very first thing I would be doing is making a boat to move, you can put your things in crate's and into the boat, a backpack can come once you are away from others and have more chance of drying and tanning four pieces of leather without them being stolen. You can boat through claims without leaving any scents so they won't prevent you from moving somewhere a bit quieter.

Well boats ready and ended up teaming up with someone. Once the crops produce seed we'll be following the river. Just One thing I don't get why is the river so bad? Is because people will see the house? How does that change things? They could still see it either if the explored. Is it because it's in the open? I've see a lot of houses in fields while wandering. Matter a fact seem more destroyed settlements in wooded areas. I just don't get it. When you're a fisherman to want to be near the water right?

Borka has already said, but, as you would expect the rivers are used like road systems which means they carry a lot of traffic, the more people passing by the more likelihood of you being raided or attacked. The general consensus is to build in land out of sight of the waterways to be safer.
It is, ofc, inconvenient and personally I always build on a river, but I have played long enough to know to pick a quiet one, get walls up asap and take certain precautions, such as not building too much in sight until the b/walls are up and having a walled cave entrance to place your valuables in whilst advancing.

I'm glad you have found a friend, good luck and stay safe! :)
