Looking for village

i am looking for a village this world i have started out with a few buddy's but am looking for a bigger village.
and i have developed characters including a farmer carpenter miner combat/forager
i am looking for a village with quite a few people i do not care if it is peaceful or not i am capable of playing both and wish to play more peaceful for this world to be honest
but i do not care which i have played since world 3 and i am very knowledgeable about the game my late game goal is to make a cheese factory and sell cheese i am not the best at combat but i am good id like to think im not looking for a leader role this world at all just to help out with what ever i can and have fun with the guys and girls i live with.

things i look for in a village

developed.
knowledgeable about the game.
good leaders.
a good bit of players
to eventually later in the game have a Little plot to my self to make cheese for the village undisturbed.
Skype or other means of VoIP and text.
