Sherwood Village is recruting

Sherwood Village is a Trading NON aggressive village with a primary rule of no scent leaving, we run a modern monarchy system with a lawspeaker a senior council and general council, and use teamspeak for communication so good english speaking is required, and we cover a lot of time zones. there is a 3 month trial period before alts can be allowed to join.
We are looking to recruit:
5 x farmers
5 x hunters
5 x foragers
5 x miners

3 month trial for alts? But world 7 isn't even a month year old! (correct me if I'm wrong) so maybe at least a month is good

Still quite a long time, and nobody really has patience for that. I'd rather join scrubs now than join a decent group months from now.

Even in the most secure villages I've seen they do 1 month trials with no main village access and a very in-depth background check(Or they just don't recruit from forums). 3 months is a bit long.

You can never be too careful, and the wannabe spys will get tired of having to play a toon for 3 months.

I wouldn't mind joing ya's village as I like the security measures, but then again I'm not interested just yet to join one.
