Recruiting Fresh Villagers for a Fresh Village

I'm currently taking in new to mid experienced players to begin a new settlement freshly. The settlement is currently next to a cave in a large island with many resources around. A palisade is up, and the village is technically 2 days old. I am 22 years old and have played haven for about a year now and am pretty experienced and welcome new players to learn from me if they wish to. If you think you'd be interested here are the criteria I look for:

- Must be online at least 5 hours a day (Active)
- Must speak fluent english
- Must be mature (Age is irrelevant as long as this applies)
- Must have Skype or a way to communicate outside the game (No need for mic calls, that can be fine)
- No knowledge of the game needed, I will teach you what you need to know, but you must be willing to be active and learn.

The village right now is running great. We started on a palisade, have a decent farm going, plenty of food, a mine, and one available house. All in all, it's starting to look great.
