Still Recruiting to live near/on my place(updated)

Well, first off, I'm rather new

I'd like to know if anyone wants to join me and my friend.(after this may be tl:dr to some, if so skip)

Of course, though, I require a few things, nothing too serious.

What I want is simply someone that is friendly and respectful. I don't care if you play 1h per day or 24h per day as long as you do play. I also don't care if you do little, but you won't get any rewards for doing nothing.

The system I have in mind is simple, each one lives in their own house, and trade both items and favours between eachother.

For example, you don't have to help me out at all, but if you do, you will get a reward fitting to the trouble you had. The same thing applies to myself.

The only thing I will never approve is scents and killing. If you like doing these, go elsewhere. Here it's all about friendliness and community.

Respect
Someone who'd basically hermit while trading favours for rewards and/or items for other items.

What I don't need is:
Rude people
People who'd leave scents/kill others
Someone who wants free stuff without effort. While we will give you starter stuff, don't expect to go entering others' houses and grabbing their curio's.

how exactly were you excepting people to find you then if you dont want them replying to this or mailing you? cause you writing this will not increase your likelyhood of stumbling on someone.

There's no need to be the best, in fact, anyone from newbie to pro will do, as long as you're not rude in any way, and don't pressure other people into your pace.

I just want to respect and be friendly to others, and get the same treatment back. Not too hard, now, is it?

We now have a small decent place and palisade is going to finish soon, and I've gotten 4 active people in counting myself, so if anyone's interested in joining, PM away

We recently have finished the palisade, which has made a rather good(but still not perfect) system.


We have four main places, all with doors. Between them all is a large "corridor" which works as a place to trade, chill, and as the entrance to our place.

The four main places are private, and the concept comes from Apartments(from RL), which also means there is the possibility of roommates. Nobody is obligated to have a roommate, though.

The reason I said this system is not perfect is that two of the main places are too close to each other, and that makes both of them unable to claim the palisade segment between them.

Other than that, though, it's a rather nice system where spawning griefers in theory causes minor harm(in theory because we haven't spawned a single griefer yet), since nobody will spawn in one of the four houses, and where people get stuff by effort, but aren't obligated to be around often.

However, if you plan on not being around often, and all houses have people, you should either join someone who doesn't mind that, or make your own place close by, and trade with us. We'll help you settle if you choose to live nearby.
