Self-sufficient player looking for peaceful place

Hello,

I am looking for peaceful place to mind my own business. I don't mind to help with spare time or resources. Currently I mainly work on silk (worms q60+), some trees, chickens and crops. I bought my hi q tools and production equipment. I forage curios on my own mostly. Currently working on farmer/crafter. Next character will be probably marksman, depends what is need in new village.

I require quite big plot which will fit at least two beehives, possibly more for as many coops as possible. Access to good water or soil would be very useful for me.
