Giving away ownership to big production base

I no longer have the time to manage my village alone and have decided to give it away to a large faction which could protect/run it.

Me and my villagers would still play, but not as long as we used to.

It was just raided by "peaceful" russains, and don't really have the motivation to start it back up again.

We have a TON of space for tree farms, large fields, mansions for cheese production, etc.

We have tons of cows which can produce 4 barrels of milk per day, lots of sheep, pigs.

I see from the screenshot that the village comes complete with an easy as pie "raid us via this minehole inside our village 'cause we're noobs" feature.
