Giving away a full village

As title says, I'm giving away my old village.

There are cows and chickens, and all kind of crops (around q40). Also there is palisade and minehole already built. Also there is one stone mansion already done and another in building progress.

I'm giving it away to someone who is new to game and will take good care of it. So if you are willing to play in this village, you will get keys and lawspeaker position. I don't know what kind of metals are underground, but I will provide you pickaxe. There is already some food there.

Things that needs to be done:
-start mining for metals
-get some clay for ovens and ore smelters

There is only one requirement to get this village:
post a screenshot of your character so I see you are newb.

Village is totally free and you don't need to give me anything, only if you wish to do so I will be happy for any payment (curios).

Don't send me PM's, just post in this thread and I will decide in few days.
To get started quickly you should already have lawspeaking skill learned so you can take over at once.

There is no tricks here or anything. Keys are only one copy and you will get all of them.

All I want is to make some new player happy and easier to start a life in this cruel world.

Idk prospect for an iron node, find a crappy clay node, that's pretty much the 2 things you need for a brickwall. When you have a brickwall and an idol it's just easy

yep iron is fairly easy. the steel is a bit harder but there are people that sell bars of it
