Looking for a village.

I'm a pretty experienced player I've played a little bit already but most times its been solo and i have ended up getting raided and it just kind of ruins the game with that going on so I'm hoping to find a rather well put together village to join so i can learn about the game more in depth without having to worry about dieing if i go exploring or near any body of water. I am 24 years old and i live in pacific standard time and am i am fairly active and like to rp and play this sort of game.
