Looking for players at least 18+

So as the title states, I would like to recruit players who are:

1. Over 18
2. Have more than 10 posts
3. Don't have a new account
4. Understand at least parts of the game
5. Have Skype
6. Talkative, friendly, mature
7. Have no issue with a no scents policy (i.e. not using vandalism, theft etc)
8. Don't have bad history with any other factions in the game.

The roles i'm looking to cover are mostly mining, farming and cooking.

just to reiterate:
- I don't recruit under 18's
-I don't recruit people who've just made a new account to contact me
-I don't recruit people with history with other towns
-I don't recruit warriors or any fighters
-I don't recruit people who are unable to use Skype chat- not necessary for voice, just for text

Just a brief about Emerald City
We're a scent free, trading town. We've existed since world 5, an the way the town runs is communal, with each player supporting the efforts of others in the town.

I'm not looking to apply but I thought I should give my opinion about the 18+ only rule.. You don't need to be of that age to be mature, there are probably more adults who act like idiots than teens right below 18. You should give people test runs instead of instantly labeling them off as bad do to a common prejudice.. You would find many more people to play with this way imho. Well, good luck to you ^^

there are reasons for that age rule. I have played with many younger players, and some are generally ok, some are great, but not in my town and not to lead, and a lot it's like babysitting.

And yes many older people are also hard work, but generally, a little less child like, and even with over 18's I dnt just pick anyone. the odd few under 18's have joined the town before, and been great, but theyre a definite exception to the general rule.

so it's very much based on experience and not just some random prejudice
