Brand New Player Seeking Small Village

Experience with the game: almost none. I've been playing this game for about 3 or 4 days for a few hours a day.
Stats: Everything is at 1. I've been focusing on learning skills.
Total LP: I'm not sure, but I estimate it to be between 5k and 10k.
Time zone: Pacific Standard Time (UTC -8 hours)
Time Online: During the week, I'll probably be on for around 2 or 3 hours between 3 and 8 PM. On the weekends, I can be on all day.

So, yeah, I'm a brand new player. I'd like to join a fairly small village, preferably of fellow noobs, (I think it's more fun to be with people of your own skill and experience level) and preferably with only a handful of people living it it. In fact, I'd actually be satisfied with just kinda partnering up with a single person so we can start a village together.
