Hermitage looking to turn into village

I'd like to open up my hermitage to turn into a small village to share some resources and otherwise enjoy things together. I'm a casual player and can't afford to bot or play a ton, but I'm a decent farmer and builder and the plot is bwalled with all the basics.

I'd like to get at maximum about 3 new folks going because that's about the size I have with the current village claim. You'd be free to operate as you wish so long as you don't bring scents nearby. I like playing this game, but don't have the expertise to bot or the time to rebuild from scratch as I have a life outside of this too so I don't want to invite trouble, and I've done my best to avoid it in the location of the claim so far.

I play from about 8pm to 10pm 3-4 nights a week. GMT -7 (Pacific Standard Time US) Preferably new players would be on at similar times.
