Seeking a new to mid developed town

I recently decided to start playing haven again. I have a pretty developed character (That I totally forgot about!) and stranded in the wilderness. For now, I'll just roam around and hope for survival. I'm experienced (W4), not so much in UA but all else. I'm a nice guy, I like to help people, and prefer being around people who are as mature as I am. Skype would be great, too.
