Mature, fast-learning noob looking for another town founder

Postby Dieselpunker » Wed May 21, 2014 9:40 am

Hi my name is Beau, I am 27. I have been playing HnH for only 2 days but I just got Boatbuilding. In a few hours I will have Yeomancy. I am still on my first character (almost died once from ants and lag but I am using leeches to get back to full health).

I live in Australia but I play at weird hours because I am a student. I am rather obsessive over games when I get really into them and play a lot.

I used to play both runescape and was a mod on a minecraft server for years, so needless to say I am utterly obsessed with this game already, I love everything about it.

I joined up with an italian guy but our budding town isn't in the greatest position. Its close to a swamp (dragonflies :D) and amongst apple trees, but also close to many other towns and too close to a river. We didn't know you shouldn't build near water.

The language barrier is bit of a problem, we are using google translate to talk. But he is a good player and seems trustworthy so it would be cool for him to come along. I don't really want to just ditch him and I am not going to steal anything if I leave. He has Yeomancy but is rather new like myself.

So I'm looking for a new(ish) player like me to team up with. I'm only interested in PvP as far as defending our town goes. I don't mind grinding and am patient, I want to become a miner in this game. I want to build a well-defended town in a relatively low-pop area.

I don't want someone who is going to find a better game in a week. This is one of the reasons I want to find another person to team up with. If the Italian guy suddenly stopped playing I would be in a bad position.

I don't want to join a big endgame town. I'd rather play with someone around my level of playtime or slightly more.

My steam name is _steam_punker_, add me to talk about teaming up. I don't care what nationality you are, as long as you speak good English. Obviously other Aussies will be favoured :D

Don't even bother trying to get my town loc, HS or any other scams I will be very careful ;)

Well, I have a settlement in low pop area, it is neaer river allright but was never raided due to lack of any raiders in the area :) I'm currently looking for someone to play with me. I specialize in hunting/farming, and just got my first piece of cattle. I'm also working on a minehole. Send me a PM if you are interested.
