Experianced player looking for settlement

As stated I'm an experienced player. I have recently started to get back into the game and I'm looking for a settlement where I can specialize to meet their needs.

I'm decent at almost everything in the game and have specialized in towns before with various professions (Once as a hunter, a gatherer, and a miner). Each of these I've done well and had great success at. (Warning: not great at combat) I'm usually a very active member and am looking for a active town/settlement (pvp or not, I don't care) that's looking for a person to fill their needs.

Most likely I'll end up starting a new character for the specified task.
