Joining a village or Starting one

Hello there
I've been playing H&H quite a bit, quit a few times, and rejoined a few times i know my way around.Now i wanna join a village or start one atleast.
Experience: I've played a year then quit for a year, rejoined, quit, then here i am back.
Timezone: East Coast
Communication: We could use skype if you wanted
How much i play: Since i just got back in i roughly play 4-8 hours a day
Oh and if im joining a village, it'd be great if we had a decent farm palisades/brick walls or a mine
(Im willing to start a new account since i just got back in and i really don't have that much other than a 11 q100 bones and a whole lotta curious)
