exspirenced player new charicter looking for village

Hello all. I'm Josh. I've been playing this game for around two year now but on and of as I never had a good PC to play it on so when playing it would lag loads. Now I have a new/good PC and I'm wanting to play this game again. I will start with a new character (I don't have a character at the minute other than one which is pretty much brand new) but I know what I'm doing as I'm experienced.

I would like to join a decent ish village at least or if some one is looking to start a village I would also consider.
