Newbie Hermit looking to establish friendly relations...

...with an individual or group. Basically I'm looking for a person or group of people who would like to have a neighbour(not necessarily VERY close, just close enough to be a walking/rowing distance without being lost), and hoping I can become that neighbour. I just want a friendly relation with a hermit or village, who would be friendly back.
