New player looking for community

PROLOGUE:

Hello,

I have attempted to play HnH few times before (around 2 years ago IIRC), but I've never had much luck finding group ingame - never tried posting either.
Most of my learning was either by trial and error or by googling stuff. I'd like to try living non-hermit life this time. I am not looking for the best or none. I just want to have some purpose in my gameplay. A bit of roleplay wouldn't hurt either.

MEANINGFUL STUFF:

Game knowledge/experience:
I am not very experienced apart from basic survival. I know basic game mechanics and have played surface hermit few times. Few days ago I started fresh toon with no ancestors and alts as of yet.

PVP exp:
Only on receiving end of the stick sadly.

Expectations:
Nothing more than building community together. I know that ownership over quality nodes dictate winner but that is not really my main goal. Nevertheless good location wouldn't hurt. I liked pvp in other MMOs (for lack of better expression) but I am not overly fond of mindless griefing. Joining fresh community might be better just for the fact of being more useful than farmbot but I'd find some spot even in shadow of old veterans.

Languages: Polish and English (written and spoken), plus very basic written German
Timezone: GMT+1 (East Europe)
Hours played: 3-5 daily, but sometimes I need to commit to my RL chores
TS/Mic: Yes/Yes
