Settlement?

Looking for a nice little settlement preferably one that is just starting, I would like to be a farmer among other things, i would be starting a new character, Skype is great, hopefully this settlement has a skype channel that we can use and talk to eachother. I have one settlement that I am looking into, but i am open to look around a little bit.
