Hello there, I have manged to build up a large farm with
Hemp
Wheat
Hops
Grapes
Pumpkin
Flax
Tobacco
Carrot
Peas
Beetroot
Pepper
and Poppies

I have found two good clay nodes nearby as well as a large beach. There is plenty of lumber in the nearby woods and also I have prepared some basic things, kiln, oven, beds, boats etc.
I am looking for hunters and miners, I can ensure you a place to stay and put your things as well as some important necessities like rust root or stones. PM if you are interested in joining.
