Looking for a settlement

So, I've been off and on with this game, but I think I got lucky, or unlucky depending on how you see it. I haven't seen to many players, though I have seen some territories. If anyone is curious, I'm willing to play with anyone and build up a settlement. I'm doing fairly well, all things considered.
