obviously going to take awhile just to organize but ive already found a few interested people. besides the targets good i want people to know about this. We are going to be a peaceful faction, that helps other peacuful factions. Why is it hard for some to understand this concept. We wont necesarily be loyal to only one group. in fact i want to use this group to unite towns

Just trying to give you advice, since I've roleplayed a ranger type before...

If you claim you're going to be hunting down BADDIES etc, and claim this noisily on the forum, you'd better be able to back it up in game, or you'll just get destroyed by people who take your claims as a direct challenge. I'm not saying you have a bad idea, since no doubt the world needs rangers, but my advice is to be cautious and quiet... until you have walls at least ^^

Also unless you really know what you're doing, only recruiting players who want to fight is a terrible plan. The ones who haven't got a group already generally aren't very good at doing the really important stuff to support that, like building the aforementioned walls and making cheese to enable the fighting..
