Because you have two targets. Please learn2play.

He means that the 2 arrows make a 180 degree jump when you move your camera in a certain way.
To elaborate see the attachment

Cam bad is bad for arrows.
I walked in wrong direction to meet Vedsyon for almost an hour.

So you are asking if there are abuseable flaws?[/quote]

No, just asking if for example the questgiver is in claimed area.

It seems when traveling to hearth fire the arrows short themselves out. Since I had a new target, but was pointing to the old one, when traveled back to my hearth fire the arrow changed to new target.
ps. Could be handy for ring of brodgar. Please confirm that it isn't just for me.

I like the new curios.
Next update: Some new endgame armour please, that would be hard to craft and not spammable, like current "endgame" gear is. Maybe would take foul smoke or rock crystals to craft, but it would be worth the effort.

I have a strange issue. I got my quest from "Amalveig" (A) to "Greet Brodvel" (B) - for a while I had two arrows showing (to both of them), however once I started following the arrow to B, it disappeared. The task is obviously still not complete (it's yellow, not green), and the only arrow I get is towards A.
Also, somebody mentioned travelling to hearthfire before - I actually did and: after travelling both arrows disappeared, then I relogged and had both for a short while. But only a moment later the arrow to B disappeared again.

Update: even stranger, as I was writing this, I was standing next to A. After submitting the message, I moved and... the arrow to B showed up. So I started following it, and after walking maybe two map tile, it's gone again :(

It's an interesting patch and I like that you made the "actors" trees and stumps and rocks I really didn't expect that when I read the patch notes but it's funny and cool. Perhaps it's just a placeholder for the time being but I wouldn't mind if it stayed that way forever.

As was reported by multiple people already the arrows do seem a bit buggy. I was going to meet an npc which appeared to be nearby when all of the sudden its arrow changed direction and I find myself walking to meet the same npc a completely different way. At that point I don't bother continuing to follow the arrow because I have a feeling I'd never stop walking until the edge of the map. This was on default client of course.

Out of curiosity, it appears to me that other players nearby your location can receive the same quests from the same npc right down to the very same name and object (example Greet Dude A, Dude A is a tree at X location, same tree for both players). Am I correct?

Next up charter stones plz.
