It really is not okay for a dev to speak to a player like that. That was very insulting.

Honestly, you have no insight into the situation.
You have continually demonstrated that you dont know how to handle these situations and have very little understanding how certain game mechanics work together. At the end of last world you demonstrated you didn't know how potters clay and metal spiraling work... something even the most novice players know. You are good at comming up with unique and interesting game mechanics but you guys are oblivious to how things affect high level game play. Even if you found what they have done you probably wont be able to grasp the whole picture...

those damn sprucecaps!
Sheesh, bruh, tell me about it. Ebin' out in force tonight.

DatSheep wrote:I agree that the devs don't always make decisions that are 400 iq everytime a change is made, but its pretty useless to bring up stuff like the potters clay when that was redacted after they saw how the community was against it, and why. This is a game in eternal alpha and its not the end of the world that the sole two devs of this game aren't playing it themselves at a high level of gameplay. Yeah, there's stuff they should learn from us and I can see they do that. Maybe in time they'll grasp more of that shit, and maybe they do understand more than they let on. Idk. There's times when people treat the game, in all its complexity, as if it's supposed to be perfectly balanced by now with only two people working on it. Maybe it could have been, but it's not and there's not much use in rubbing stuff in their faces without any helpful criticism or commentary.
