Plus I can see the dev reasons why new world with development changes > old world stale.

Not to mention majority of people who die the first time want a reset immediately.

I am not sure what you mean, I'm of the opinion early game is one of the best aspects of the game but it's not fair to everyone else who doesn't quit after the first few weeks/months to lose all their investment just because some people get bored early on or die and quit.

Mid and end game are fun if theres lots of people playing. So there is lot of trading, pvp and stuff. Of course this gets boring too at some point.
But most people are too casual and quit when they get killed/raided even once.

Think fighting caps are too big.
It will be very difficut to build a normal village with normal fighters.
This system must work as easy to build a little army from village citizens, where fight skills and equip will have bigger weight than fat ass.

When you first implemented them you could have reset, but now players have invested time in setting them up and have already given you plenty of issues that need to be resolved and suggestions for changes that could be made. Are you going to make those now? After the reset? What if the changes don't work out and you fuck up something major in a new world and we play in "cuck hombre" for the rest of time?

Well, good new i guess... But i'm not very positive about new world. This game become a "bot stat cap and stay inside your walls", i don't know what kind of changes you should introduce to change the situation

Does this new mapgen finally have sensible rivers? :3

Anyway, yeah, I'd rather have realms fleshed out more before a reset, but them's the breaks. At least try to make them more interesting earl next world. I'm thinking more of a focus on realm-wide buffs and less on single-target stuff like state funeral. And replacing the general buffs the statues give now with a whole lot of smaller specialized buffs, so kingdoms need to specialize as well.

As for botting, it goes far beyond just stats. Quality grind is a lot easier with bots, which makes botters dominate the market and thus devalue genuine work.

Do you have anything useful to add because these issues effect you as much as they effect me, or do you enjoy losing villages because someone placed a house on your vclaim?

You are aware, of course, that this is no longer possible?

I'm afraid they won't be as realistic as one might perhaps hope, but river generation is one of the things I hope to, at least, improve on. :)
