Post an announcement or stickied thread. This isn't exactly complicated.

I assume it's the european way to screw over the community, they could have mentioned it in their announcements but they haven't so everyone expected it to be free i mean an eternal alpha phase already sounds like it's a game in a testing period where it would make no sense to suscribe for it. Note to self it the developer isn't american or asian, drop the game before the pull a haven 2 out of no where

Or a sticky thread.

I'm honestly not going to bother suscribing on a permadeath game where you get constantly griefed by the f2p players because we refuse to pay them, only way i would pay is if there were two seperate channels like runescape, paying plays in vip channel and f2p players play in their own server.

It's true that the free server will definately have more players because the world is filled with people that can't afford a suscription but it's better off seperating the free and the paying players, the vip server would obviously be safer in a way since you dont got 1000 random players to be afraid of, however if you appreciate the constant griefing you might as well play on the free server with a vip account.

p2p suscription idea definately does not work on a unhealthy game like this especially on a alpha test... that was honestly extremely unnecessary.
