I think we have seen how demanding as a community we can all be. Maybe if we could try and be a bit more supportive of Jorb and Loftar this might help them to be able to focus more on the technical side of things instead of dealing with the ranting of impatient gamers would be an idea.

You guys should consider just letting people stress-test the server for free until you figure out what the payment method and prices are going to be. It'll calm everyone down and it's not like you're going to lose any potential money (if anything, you may even gain some by keeping some of the people that would've otherwise rage-left)

While I do blame some of it on the sometimes less-than-friendly nature of the forum community, I admit this is true, and I'd just like to publicly thank our moderators and other helpful forumers for keeping up more than I'm able to. It was stated elsewhere that we would need a community manager, and I agree in principle. If the game by any fortuitous chance might net us enough money for that, I have already long considered hiring one.

Trust me, a community manager is not what you need to spend any money you make from this on...REHAB...keep repeating that word, I'm sure even your country has them? And make sure they put you both in SEPERATE rooms...'cause you two are TOXIC for each other obviously if these are the ideas you two come up with on a quiet night in a cow field while search for your daily after dinner mints .

I don't think you can really expect the community to be nice and mature. The best you can do is have mods delete offensive posts. Aren't rude jerks somewhat unavoidable on the internet?

I think you need to stop letting your feelings affect your work. Try not to be too offended when people are rude.

Of course. To be more precise, though, one of the greater problems is the tendency of many to often extrapolate wildly from what I say and then treat their extrapolations as established fact. That is perhaps what is making it the hardest for me to express anything but the most precise and formalized ideas, which of course does not include vague plans about the future.

Oh I've always been here, everyday pretty much since world 1, I just knew what that kind of loyalty meant to you...nothing...like your entire playebase just found out..lmao. And I was totally serious about that rehab thing, weed may be fine, but the nasty you two been playing with for years has consequences beyond an occasional overbuzz hangover..lol As We are all finding out right now when we logged in today to feed our chickens and cows to a "Thanks for the memories, don't let the door hit ya". I only wish I was standing right beside you at this moment to thank you in person. ;)

Trust in you guys got broken in a million pieces, spat on, salted and burned, and thats something you cant fix, or iterate...
Morpheus: I imagine that right now, you're feeling a bit like Alice. Hmm? Tumbling down the rabbit hole?
Neo: You could say that.
Morpheus: I see it in your eyes. You have the look of a man who accepts what he sees because he is expecting to wake up. Ironically, that's not far from the truth. Do you believe in fate, Neo?
Neo: No.

Oh, you are concerned about that reasoning-my-ass thing. I assure you, this is the last thing which you now have to worry about in this situation.

This is a very interesting observation for me: the way people gonna face the reality. Its why i am here.
