Users who intend a message for a single recipient might do well to PM that recipient, rather than posting their message on a public forum then whining when others comment on it

And perhaps feedback to the tune of “your message is completely incomprehensible” should be considered more than not at all, if one’s mountainously inflated sense of self-importance can somehow be peered over, for one’s intended recipient might also have trouble parsing a language which only its singular creator seems capable of understanding.

With this playerbase I doubt there are any eligible candidates. They might be looking for external moderators.
