Everyone still would have complained. People should pay up or shut up. If this game progresses I'm signing up for a Silver Memebership next year and if it progresses even farther I will get the gold every following year after that. That's how good this game can be. And already is to some extent.

In my opinion. Why not go back to the old Haven if you don't like the setup for the new one? 15 dollar one time cost for unlimited play.

except now i am FORCED to pay for a game that i literally had for free days ago and legacy haven won't be developed anymore and won't be at the forefront of server priority, aka more server instability most likely.

Yeah get a platinum or diamond membership if you want, or gift them 1000 bucks each month if you can and if you want to. I won't stop you, probably noone would stop you if you really want to.

The Old Haven thing is a little bit tricky, i mean "unlimited" is the word they use for the Free Version of Haven 2 aswell and we both should know that 12 hours a month isnt unlimited. And they can shut down the Legacy server whenever they want so like i said, its tricky.

my point is, if you decide to stay away from where you discuss stuff, dont pretend and say you know it never happened where you werent.

thats why i said to ask Bergzwerg. he would proudly tell you he knew it coming ages ago. *shrugs*

and please stop quoting everything.

You're saying players talked about it? Well no shit players can talk about 1940's genocides any time of the day. There is no confirmation, just speculation from the community and some random fuck nobody cares about, which is who you're referring to for me to go out of my way and track this literally who in game or something and ask his opinion.

Just because there may have been a thread about it previously, obviously it was not a highly visible thing or a decent amount of the playerbase wouldn't literally think they were joking.

its not speculation. i knew it was coming, many others knew it coming. just not when. its just that most ppl who dont object to this are happily playing the game now, some ppl were constantly donating and not see much difference anyways, and most likely too busy being bothered by these posts on the forums right now, or just see it as "ah another whiner" and be done with it.

@Gotobellcads, nobody is forcing you to play legacy haven and you know that.

Now to be fair both sides have points. Changes may have been roughly mentioned in IRC and possibly copied over tot the forums. However that is no set goal or announcement by the developers. So to be fair it is what it is.

If you don't like a thing help make it better. Present a better system. If you are a paying player and your ignored then take up an issue. However fault can not be made to making a living, only how its made.

Didn't deny anything? Obviously it wasn't visible enough or there wouldn't be so much backlash. You can't deny that ;)

They refer to it in a sense that you can do whatever you want. They explicitly say "Full and unlimited access to the Old Legacy Haven & Hearth (for as long as it lives)" Full and unlimited access as opposed to full and unlimited gameplay.

At the end of the day, the presence of a store page brought the hyped up count of almost 2000 to 400-500 in under 24 hours.
It is nice to rest your weary bones from time to time. It is nice to lay down your burdens. It is nice to have a seat.

It's not speculation and you knew it was coming? I'm adding you to my "Masters of the Minds" list where your facts are obtained from thin air, no dev posts to back anything you're saying, which should be easily accessible according to you. Your 'he/she said' defense isn't working, so you should get busy too and play the game and leave the devs to defend themselves.

Also, stop quoting everything.
