omg I fixed it. I googled host.txt file and found it in my system32 folder, it was basically an empty file except for 3 lines:

I removed the lines and it works now.
How those lines got there is beyond me. Maybe I added them years ago for some fking custom client or something? I literally have no memory of this but my PC hasnt been reformatted in about 10 years so it wouldnt surprise me.
