Real TemuChariot back again. I’ve seen the gigaspam done by my temu “counterpart” and I can’t say I condone it. I did not create the “4Temu4Chariot” account (though I’d understand the confusion), and I have yet to create a post with red text pretending at “mods banned me”.

I don’t know who this other “temu” person(s) is/are. For all I know, they dislike what I’ve been up to on the forums and are intentionally trying to tarnish the good temu name. Audiosmurf and some other Usual Problems are on their usual “every shitposter is an evil bastard except for me, Shitpostimus Maximus the clever and justified,” and seem suspiciously excited to conflate the two(?) of us. However, I admit that they (temu 2 aka “temupills” and “sockpuppetisban”) might just as likely be a genuine… socially challenged individual. So if you are trying to defend me, temu 2, and this is your method: please stop.
Ah, the temu project was never about spamming. Sure, I’d double-post at times, and mock and imply. But it’s my opinion that this is what the forum needs.
Maybe Pills will understand me this way (that other temu seems to have unearthed the fact that “Pills” itself is not the man’s original account): he has admonished me for “not using my main account,” but things change. The seasons cycle over, and a “temu” account (which will remain nameless) was meant to be my “new main” at the time of its creation. Then a bunch of pretenders (or… just one?) tried their hand at the same affect… and failed, in my opinion, but oh well. That is to say: my “main” has been banned; I cannot use it. As has every account I made to plea its release here. Ah, maybe Pills has only un-shackled me, and perhaps grass will be touched.
I still would call it mod abuse. That I was banned specifically because I inconvenienced Pills, and in such a small and rules-neutral way (sarcastic pushback on his C&I thread, of all things). But maybe that’s my bad: if precedent is any indication, expecting fairness in the moderation here might be about as foolish as expecting diligence.
On that note, I’m retiring the temu project. Temu 2, please stop, or at least choose a different name. Maybe someday I’ll come back to illuminate this place with my witticisms and cherished banter, or maybe not. But it won’t be on a “temu” account as clearly, in part because of the slanderous actions of another individual(s), that name has lost its positive connotation.
