Good question, shouldn't be imo, animals should either not finish off anyone or everyone, not just PVPers

isn't it just as bad that the player with rage can end the fight that they started if they start losing tho
No it's great. This stops the fuelling and generally being a nuisance to the enemy in combat until you get aggro'd thing, and turns rage into more of an opt in opt out. Fighters WOULD have rage with this mechanic in place.

I mean I certainly see the point that you guys are making and the player with rage is definitely risking a lot more but if I understand how it works correctly then if they opt to not buy rage and knock you out in a fight anyways they still can't re-aggro to kill without buying it

Getting killed by an animal is a staple of Haven. This cannot be removed.

I mean, what if you aggro someone on the side of the river and he pushes your shit in. Even if he doesnt have rage, do you deserve the ability to just opt out at that point? I think it's a pretty valid point.

I can use 1 device in a way to form 4 alts and none of your ideas would prevent me from doing that so please, stop wasting everyone time on something that will do more harm than positivity. Also, be "taking away" ability for people to enjoy the game the way they want (1 hunter + 1 crafter most common), You give a bigger advantage to those "X devices" people You speak about so please, shoo.
No u. It's important that this issue is addressed and it needs to be figured out someway for the sake of the game.
