Yo last night I drank blue curacao out of a bowl and it got me just as drunk.

Maybe I am a fucking barbarian. Let me be a barbarian.

Satiatiations are straight up firetrucked now. By the time my satiation(s) are completely restored over more than a few in-game days, I'll have found myself satiated well twice over IRL with a single meal of same type for 2 unique days :)

It just got harder to maintain low satiations for energy draining labor (which might be ok in early worlds when you want to restore them after you've finished terraforming and whatnot) like mining traditionally, gonna have to spend more time fiddling with what we have right now to see if drinking non-water is even viable time investment.

Can't you just spam drink milk or tea or something for energy now? Wasting satiation to refill energy seems like the one thing that actually did get fixed.

The satiation system that i would like to see would be like this:

Your satiation asymptotically approach zero. At 50% satiation a 50% hit takes you to 25%.
This way to never get nothing from eating.

Salt has charges, when applied to a food, it reduces satiation chance and amount by 50%. Salt is automatically applied if the have a salt shaker with salt on your table.
Just like in real life, a person can endlessly eat a bag of salty chips. Salt doesn't make a person less hungry

Satiation's are reset 24 hours after you have last ate with no stations. This time is altered in the same way crop timers are to allow players that miss a few days to 'catch up' their satiation resets.
This should actually allow people to catch up if they miss a day. The hunger system was supposed to allow for catch-up if you didn't play every day, but ultimately it just forces people to eat in a way to maintain the unbelievably good 3x bonus.

The quest change looks good. Jorb, try not to let the first couple pages of people that post without reading to get to you. I too am bewildered why people would complain about something that will never ever effect them. It also seems pretty obvious to me that if 3 quests for the top questers is too little it could just be increased. This system was literally requested by people that quest too much.

you then destroy the restore satiation

also testing satiation
13 to 17 in 30 mins gain of 4 beer
32 to 33 in 30 mins gain of 1 bread

17 to 20 in 30 mins gain of 3 beer
33 to 35 in 30 mins gain of 2 bread
hour of testing
also for restoring at 17% satiation it takes 2% satiation(17 to 15%(.25 liquid btw)) to gain 1% on poultry
main point is that restore drinks are now useless please revert the change for atleast the restore satiations or buff the hell outa the restore drinks

Thx for patch.

Yet, I feel that again I will eat less... in previous world there was sense making food. Now I make few dishes per week. Also hunting is less fun - if it aint q200+ theres no sense taking it to camp.

What the fuck is a sprucecap? I thought it was someone who wears a sprucecap but clearly it is an all-purpose insult.

Well, it's an insult that still somehow PC. Since you can't go around calling other people "faggots" or "retards" just because you disagree with them, you call them "sprucecaps" instead. Keeps all the woke people at bay until they figure out how to get righteously offended by this word. That's why it's so vague.

I'm not sure myself. It was, previously, someone that hadn't progressed past basic knowledge of the game... but maybe that's the point. People think they "know" how the game works, but really don't. People think they're hard core and top tier, but maybe they're just an average player and second or third tier at best.

You can still call people noobs, though. That's ok. Since sprucecap clearly equates with noob, I suppose that's ok here... but then if anyone has been paying attention, people are accusing the devs of not knowing how their own game actually works. It's not the first game where the devs are surprised at the extent players are able to figure out how to break things and game unintended advantages. That the players here seem shocked by that makes them noobssprucecaps at the Internet, I guess?
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.
