First of all, "it's not about the size, it's what you can do with it that matters". Secondly, this is not a competition (and if it was one, we all know who would be a winner. But it's not).

You're thinking of an Efreet. It's a sociopatic genie that's been in his bottle for too long. For the first thousand of years he imagined giving his savior all the wealth in the world. FOr the second thousand years he'd imagine granting his savior eternal life. And after that he'd become angry and would imagine granting his savior an eternal torment or something. Which would come in a form of "three botched wishes".
