I can't tame my animals! My char is always below 10% hp because of the new combat changes and the opening on me is always at 100% pretty much no matter how many defensive moves I use, PLEASE nerf animals until you guys improve the combat in the coming weeks, this is unbearable!
Fighting tamable animals should not be this hard with 150 STR + MC 170 + a higher tier armor than leather

While on the topic of taming, I've had several of my animals untether from their hitching post right before my eyes, did not accept clovers, untethered themselves again when I roped them to the hitching posts, walked around my claim until they disappeared and many of my tethered animals disappear mysteriously out of the blue! please look into it, I've been trying to tame sheep for about 2 weeks now for my farmer's credo and it's very frustrating to just have them disappear like that! :|

Nothing changed for me.

Maybe try slowly doing each step. IT seems like You could try to hitch an animal to already used hitch post and ignore error message or something. Make separate pens or whatever. I found few people having those problems actually made error themselfs / did not know how something works and etc.

Reminds me of legacy. Hit and dash tactics and only hunting animals from a boat with a bow. If you ever close to melee, you're toast. Mmm, takes me back to the times when losing was fun.

There were no error messages and there couldn't have been because I had two cows at the time, tethered to two posts and they both detached and started walking around on their own roughly around the same time, these problems started occurring recently, I've never had this happen to me before and I have been playing for years

Well I'm taming several goats and have no problem occured, nor anyone in my area reported to have some. Only people mistakes. If it's really a bug in your case then I'm sorry. It just sound that error is being made somewhere.

people say punch is great for openings what if remake it.
so after you use punch it counts as 2 attack that open 4. so its still open 8 as punch now, but it can be counter by parry or oak.

Ok, nvrmnd. Feel bad for the devs getting shit on so bad though... I still respect their work and development of the game, albeit this combat system being less than uh, gud.

Did you engage them in combat and then break combat by hiding in a house or mine hole? If you do that, I think that you lose your chance to tame the animal. Also, make sure you are checking every 12 hours or so to see if they are ready to tame. If you wait too long they disappear.

Spells with local cooldowns sucks because they give you tons of global cooldowns at same time... IMO There should be always same global cooldown for every skill you use.
