It is a valid point, but I dont think one without rage should be able to do to the other anything anyway since he has opted out of combat by not getting this skill and he should not expect to be able to push anyones shit in.
I think this is the best solution you can come up to with the present setting of changes or leave it with just an indicator and it is a step forward to permadeath in the game which can be polished later.

I'm not letting her out of the cage until you tell me if tunneling under the ocean will kill me Gorbo.

its not a good hunter if its not skilled enough like survival is a base stat for succesful hunter not mistaking with warrior xd

haha then i will use a good hunter with 0 uac and 300 survival and a combat alt that will tank the animal for the "hunter" and only use flex/opp knocks that deal no damage

I agree with you and I would much rather it be players just get killed rage or no instead of catering to a care-bear mentality. I'd be more open to seeing implementations that make death a welcoming experience instead of a devastating loss.

even if so, it seems to be logical explanation and distinction between a skilled hunter with high survival vs shit hunter always coming back with best prey possible

How do you envision that possibly working. Losing anything is not going to be a welcoming experience.

Kaios is in a death cult confirmed.
