I've paid the subscription for 15, but I haven't received extra 24 hours or access to legacy haven.
How long does it take for PayPal to transfer money?
Do I need to click on my hearth fire, like what I am missing?

You need to log in to the game, I believe.

I wouldn't play ESO or WoW or any other AAA theme park MMO even if they paid me to do it. H&H is the only MMO I've ever played that's actually worth my time.

I am not entirely sure from your description what the problem is, no, but I believe that it may be a common one, which is that time isn't added to your account until you actually log in to the game. Arguably that should be fixed, yes.
