so that we can fuel our chars with water only? I think its realistic, if you do hard labor, you also need to eat a lot

We also have a FEP bar and hunger bar that are negatively effected by having to eat to level ground. I guess that's realistic as well?

It's pretty balanced too once you get out of the early game. I'm almost never above 200% FEP bonus.

It just promotes using slave alts to do stamina intensive tasks, like ground leveling.

If we know the world is going to be reset in a few weeks why bother to plant, make cheese, feed animals or any of that stuff. why not just wait for reset?

We, thus, want to introduce three ingame levels of level caps to both player stats and qualities -- 50, 125, and 200 -- corresponding to free play, verified account, and subscribed account.

This is the single greatest step in the RIGHT direction to go i've seen so far

maybe i will maybe that big thread suggestion after all

EDIT

Significantly reduce the size of the world with the new map.

It gives us time to fuck around and do whatever we want without consequences. Besides, a giant end of the world bloodbath sounds pretty fun. The end of the world raids in past games were amazing, and with the lowered wall soak it won't even be a hassle to do them.

Just as a note on the "fountains and stuff" thing, though; one reason I'd be wary to implement that is that it may limit us much more severely in terms of world resets. Account verifications and subscriptions are nice in that they can carry over worlds without problems, but fountains less so. We could of course simply refund them, I guess, but that always seems a bit ugly, at best.

with the level cap model, wouldnt they make the subscription useless in the sense that you wont actually need it until you need get mid game stats? i belive it would even take more than the duration of a whole subscription to even reach 50

That's why I made the suggestion I did a couple pages ago.
Things like fountains are too generic and should be able to be built by everyone/anyone.

Purchased things could be more specific/related to the current world/village/etc, like decorative banners/tapestry that uses the heraldry system or customizable statues that can be carved to look like a specific player or have specific message.

That way, when the world resets, you won't 'lose' a fountain that you paid for. You'll lose the statue of your village's lawspeaker (for example)... but you also lose the village and the lawspeaker itself, lol, so the loss feels as 'part' of the natural loss on world resets. The village is gone, the world is gone, its specific banners, statues and lore are gone too. You're not losing a fountain that feels like thrown away money :P

Not sure it makes sense, I'm a bit asleep right now ^^
