the 1998 combat max won't even come true, i made gilds to boost ua and max i got was +127ua, that's with 4 slot gild pieces aswell. it was just theoretically you can get that high, but in actuality you can't

i know but still, getting to 999 is a long journey not everyone would be willing to risk their effort, and other people knowing that they aren't in the "end game" won't even bother going outside to fight. but with lower caps more people will be willing participate in fights and won't butt-hurt as much if they lose their combat alt

The situation with resurrection and stat return should be overhauled to enhance more PvP happening. The example (viewtopic.php?f=54&t=52280) shows that you should never try to fight a group with higher number, or equal numbers but hgiher stats, since the enemy will return 90% of their stats for each of the fallen warrior, while the losing side would be left only with 30%. Therefore, one lost battle = setting you back for ages/being unable to defend your place if it'd be sieged and etc./encouraging vaults.

The state funeral should at least return 30% of your stats regardless whether you have the body or not.
The LP loose should count from the total LP, not from the stats it was used for. Otherwise, the damage might be way too high and people will be hesitant to PvP.
Re-consider implementing the ancestral worship back for a temporary stats boost.

okay for the steam bit.

it will at first be greatly benetafical for you to add it there but from all the games ive played on steam and read reviews for games I played and enjoyed. this will get a mostly negative rating, almost instantly.

no tutorial, no guidance what so ever.
no world chat. forum relation, skype for trades, etc etc.

the steam world is a toxic place. let along now you be target by botters from there as well like all the great games ive played then died to it having a very small staff like you guys would.

I would suggest adding marketing campaigns before going into steam. mmorpg.com I think is where I found this game get on there add some more shit there and maybe get some more advert banners out there.

if your gonna keep it make the tri quals mean something maybe a hella a lot more drastic then they do now.
I would love to go back to legacy ql quite honestly. or just keep the crops to the tri ql. and make the different ql types boost milk ql and qty, meat qty etc etc.

Kingdom & siege
I think kingdoms should have some kind of system that the village LS that is being taken over by the kingdom claim has to sign a paper or a writ to the kingdom that allows them to take it over. if they don't. the said village has to be, besieged and taken down for the kingdom to go through lands. pretty much making a slower progression. a lot of ppl don't like to show up online and see they have a kingdom claim over there village. all that work towards making a kingdom and now u have to move out of there realm to do so. making more wasted hours needed. plus it sparks rivalry as well. =P

dropping dirt in water to make shallows
I would rather have bridges. simple fact is within a year everything will be shallow and dashing over the new world with just horse makes it easier to lose the game =(
on the bridge topic . make bridges like how u use crossroads =P for that chance of getting attacked while trying to get away.

Idol blocking
make a can't place two tiles from each other, from walls and 5 tiles away from village idol. there I fixed it

reset
I believe reset are needed. but having a set time maybe a year or two will greatly help everyone especially if u throw this into steam. it will help retain replay value. Or throw it in steam if u get enough costumers start making diferent servers with different time resets thus giving everyone the opturnity of enjoying resets. plus gets u more money as for multiple character creation. like I don't have all the time in the world to play but having a world that resets. every 6 months, every year and another that resets when u need to implement stuff that requires a fresh reset gives more fun to the game I think just my thoughts on.
this idea came to me playin an old game stardart that had different servers with different reset timers. made it fun for all types of players.

Mot ideas!
Mots can be stactic don't really need to have a fluid mechinaic really. u make it as the walls and make them impassable unless u destroy them. and gives that feel of a real castle walls =P

only difference in bwall and palli is a few shots with a catapult. and pallis are much less labor heavy.

also my wife said add more cosmetic stuff. mainly female stuff. but any cosmetic stuff is good.

like maybe a full pirate costume, full nurse outfit etc etc.

my girlfriend also been asking for a full nurse outfit for a long time, then she dumped me... lets not make a same mistake and give the woman what she desires

you just need to say its not allowed and people simply wont waste their time doing it because they will get nuked.

I am looking forward to this reset but i am abit disappointed with the max stat solution. although i think its better then no solution I think the better solution is no actual caps but the amount of each combat related stat you can actually use is capped by the gear quality somehow...

I am also concered about the ranged damage still even with the cap... getting to like 1400 modded perception will still be feasable and i think thats enough to kill people in 1 hit still if i am not mistaken... if not 1 hit then it would be like 2. I except to see people 1 shotting everyone in 1 month if this is not changed.

which is why i beg you to concider capping the stats VS the equipment qualities.... not only does it allow you to keep increasing your stats when you max out but it keeps everyone generally in line with eachother.
