Not sure about the name calling, but you do have the right of it. The amount of bug abuse that has gone on that receives a public outcry has significantly dropped since jorbtar has started doling out some pretty severe punishments. Maybe that's due to fewer bugs, maybe it's due to the bugs getting reported and fixed in a timely manner... I don't know as I don't run in those circles. (I'm more inclined to think that people are just less willing to get themselves banned.)
