Same reason I'm still using a refurb computer with a CPU from 2011: money. If you had to make a choice between a 200 GB SSD or 1-2 TB HDD, which would you pick?

Not comparable. I would choose an SSD but for a ton of garbage I don’t want to delete, I also need an HDD. So i would pick both
