Unfortunately, I don't think it's very usable in this format. Possibly also bugged?
The "Alchemy Book" collects and remembers the recipes of all (effectful) elixirs you have discovered.
But it currently tracks everything even if there's no matched effects, leaving the effects column empty.
It also does not show wounds caused by the recipe, which is dangerous and would alone make me not want to use it.
These two things mean that anyone actually discovering recipes will end up with a massively bloated list full of useless and dangerous recipes from the hundreds of tests required to discover all effects. If there's a way to delete them I've not found the keybind for it and just being able to sort the effects column alphabetically is not going to help much at all.
Ender's implementation of an alchemy book does a decently helpful job of keeping track of what you've tested against what and can be set to only store full recipes when you choose, as well as being able to name them, maybe take a look there for a good base.
A good start would be:
- being able to choose / adjust what recipes are stored
- sort / filter by specific effects and ingredients
- show wounds caused by the recipe, including conversions.
