Hotfix:

Coronation stone (still) draws 500 Auth /Day.
Border Cairns draw 10 Auth/Day, rather than 50 Auth/Day.

Border Cairns can, symmetrically, now be destroyed without a challenge during the first two hours after creation.

Rules Clarifications:
Members of Realms only earn Auth for the Kingdom while on the Kingdom's territory.
A Realm can be attacked without challenge if it has less than 24 Hours worth of Auth costs left.
